Works like they said it would…nice tight seal but the top is so wide and base narrow…so they take up at least 2 cereal box spaces in the pantry…even with tops touching.

We’ve been battling ants, and I got these containers to keep ants out of our cereal. If this container was in fact airtight, I can’t imagine why I would have found dozens of ants all over my cereal.
It could have been because the container wasn’t latched properly, I’ll admit; however, the lids were fairly difficult to line up properly and attach, so I’m not sure that’s a good defense of this product either.
In addition to all of this, the opening from which one would pour his or her delicious cereal is fairly small compared to other product, and some foods get stuck in it.
I just wish the ants attacked within the return window for this product.

Only thing I don’t like is that because of how wide the top is with the lid, they don’t pack tightly in my pantry. They take up too much space between eachother. But other than that, amazing! I will get this for my common used items.

I wanted to put my cereal from Costco in a container to consolidate, and this one does the job. 2 bags fit perfectly. The measurement on the side of the container says it holds 20 cups. Easy to hand wash. No complaints.

The containers are a great size and are quite sturdy but the lids are extremely hard to get on. I actually thought both my lids were defective as I couldn’t get either to snap close but after working with them for a couple of minutes they will snap on.
My tips for closing. Make sure the 4 inside tabs underneath the lid are all inside the container. Slide the lid and see if there’s a lot of give. If there’s a lot of give, the lid isn’t on correctly. Once the lid is on and there’s very little give when trying to slide. instead of snapping one closure at a time, snap 2 of the closures at the same time (doesn’t matter if it’s the 2 left and right, or 2 front and back). Once they’re snapped close, then snap the remaining two. Even when you get the first 2 closed, you still have to sometimes push down hard on the lid to get the 2nd set to snap.
Once you get it figured out, they’re great containers. Just wished the lids weren’t such an issue.
