I was hoping it fit normal butane cans, but no worries, as walmart carries the fuel. This is the perfect small camp stove for emergencies and outings. I live in a hurricane 🌀 bound state so this is perfect for emergencies

Absolutely love this stove! Bought two to ensure reliability on a couple’s car camping road trip Summer 2021 to Sedona,AZ; Grand Canyon, and Zion National Park, as well as Bryce Canyon. When at Zion, we stayed at a rustic cabin that didn’t feature a stove; only a microwave.
We utilized this stove about 8 nights, packing it up after each of 2 cooked meals per day.
It self-lights with a mini sparking device that is built-in.
I could balance a Coleman 2-cup camp cooking pot easily.
Many heat levels, with adjustable (attached) handle.
It’s all one piece, so there’s nothing to lose (except the stove itself and the hard plastic case).
The orange case made finding it in the dark tent easy. The case has one hole in the bottom, presumably to let water or moisture out.
Take care when threading the stove onto the fuel canister. Do not leave the stove attached to the fuel unattended. Ensure you can place the stove on a flat and stable surface. Do not try and cook inside a car.
Definitely would buy again. Keeping this for my car emergency kit and it would make a great emergency stove for apartment dwellers. It’s safe to use indoors. Great price, many sellers for this stove model. I had success with this one. Buy it!

The stablising arms are uneven. The lighter function is very reliable and starts easily. The gas valve works as it should too, but I have to constantly worry about my cookware tipping over and spilling over scalding water whenever my water reaches a boil. It’s strange how the arms are level when they’re in the standby position, but so clearly lopsided when in the ready position

What a nice compact camo stove for a really cheap price. I have a few other kastking items like another reviewer said and it’s what made me pick this over another one of the other value campstoves where I didn’t know the brand – not saying it’s better but I went with something I knew. I boiled water as a test very quickly so I’m happy with the purchase and can’t wait to use it camping.

There are many versions of this style stove on the market available from various sellers. The MSR “Pocket Rocket” sets a very high standard for this style, but it’s also 4 times the price.
When I bought this, it was just about the lowest price I could find for this style, and it came with stainless utensils, which was a nice bonus.
The piezo ignition is a really nice addition at this low price-point, and it works reliably. The pot supports are four pieces that slide around the base. A spring washer keeps under a little bit of tension and keeps them from slipping unintentionally. The supports slide together to fold up for compact storage or spread out for cooking.
The supports themselves flex a little due to the construction and light materials. This is probably the biggest trade-off versus a more expensive, name-brand stove. For small pots and pans, it should be fine, but I don’t think it would not be suitable for larger and heavier cooking equipment (e.g. cast iron).
The orange plastic case feels kind of cheap and bends easily, but it will work fine if you plan to keep the stove stored inside. The utensils are study and nice quality.
The stove fits standard iso fuel containers. Its compact size combined with the wide base of iso containers make it reasonably stable. With an adapter, it can also go on top of a 1lb propane container, but with less stability. I made espresso on a boat (a little wobbly but not rocking, see pic) in this configuration and it didn’t tip.
Everything about this little stove seems well-thought-out. The adjustment valve folds up and snaps in place for compact storage. The piezo clicks with the left hand while the right hand adjusts the fuel/flame. The supports have little “feet” that fold inward to support small pots or outward for pots with wider bases. Everything collapsed nests perfectly inside the Stanley Adventure kit.
Overall, I’m very impressed with this stove. For the price, I would consider it a great bargain for camping, backpacking, or emergency kits.
