- Location, temperature, and humidity will affect the airbed’s firmness. Airbeds will need to be occasionally re-inflated (topped off) to maintain desired firmness when used for more than a few days as vinyl tends to relax over time
- Measurements will vary based on customer’s inflation. Airbeds are measured from the widest point including the beams (bulges) on the side and off the tallest point from the floor including built-in pillows if applicable
- Full-size inflatable mattress with 20.8-gauge waterproof flocked top
- Flocked surface is soft, comfortable, and prevents bedding from sliding off
- Sturdy construction with 14-gauge vinyl beams and 15-gauge bottom
- 2-in-1 valve with extra-wide openings
- Raised 8.75 inches off the floor; supports up to 600 pounds

Bought this mattress in Nov 2015, back then including tax it cost me less than 10 bucks. Amazing how the price has changed in just over a year. I used this as my only bed for over a year. I found the mattress to be quite comfortable. I never experienced a leak and in fact I think I only topped of the air once over the last year. Last night as I was ready to crawl into bed I noticed that the center seam had broken, it did not leak it just was no longer flat and ballooned on one side. Gonna buy again, hope the quality is still the same.

I’ve used this mattress for 7 years now (which is like 70 human years) and it’s still trucking! My wife was inflating this mattress over sharp rocks and twigs a few weeks ago and I realized that this bad boy was probably one of my best Amazon purchases. I’m a self professed gear head and have spent significantly more on different sleep systems- thermarest, alps, big agnes, intex, klymit- and yes, I can beat this thing out of the water with a $200 top of the line camping mattress. But this thing’s $30! Sometimes you can find it for $20! I primarily use this mattress for camping and outdoor adventures where weight is not a concern and electricity is limited. For the price this mattress is amazing.
Pros: it’s $30 and I don’t see it quitting anytime soon, inflation does not require electricity, very comfortable if you enjoy a firm mattress. Small form factor.
Cons: It’s barebones- no insulation, no integrated pillow, manual pump. but this is easily remedied with a pillow and sleeping bag laid down on top of the mattress. Once debris gets into the foot pump it’s in there forever. Small price to pay for a bomb proof mattress.
Conclusion: If you have $200 to spend on a state of the art sleeping pad then by all means, move on. However, If you are a value oriented car camper looking for solid comfort and durability, dollar for dollar this mattress can’t be beat.

We’ve had this for two years and it has really exceeded my expectations. Bought it for tent camping and for house guests in a pinch. We use a 12v pump to inflate it because sometimes we tent camp at sites without electricity. It inflates very quickly, ~90sec. No leaks. Feels excellent to sleep on. Yeah, it’s an air mattress, but once you’re all tucked in it’s actually easy to forget. I’d pick this over some of the crappy Holiday Inn mattresses I’ve had the disfortune of sleeping on over the years and that’s saying a lot. Lastly, it folds up nicely and doesn’t take up too much space.

Defective piece. The airbed refused to remain inflated all night even on the first use. The image is of the bed as soon as I woke up the next morning. I got irritated and packed it up, thinking I’ll try it later but didn’t get around to it. I took it out again yesterday and still the same problem. Now it’s too late to return. So letting everyone know, for so cheap, it’s very probably you can get a defective piece like I did. Maybe get something more expensive that’s more reliable.

As I have used many an air mattress in my life, I would say that I am pretty experienced, this air mattress has defied all expectation. Most Coleman or other name-brand air mattresses pop, break a seal, or otherwise do not hold air. This is not in that category, I have had this air mattress for a solid 6+ months (not exactly sure but definitely 6x the lifespan of those other air mattresses, with gentle usage) and I’ve used it nearly every day without much hassle, sure at night when it gets cold you lose compression and have to re-inflate from time to time. Otherwise, this thing has held up for half a year with heavy usage and not once was I completely bottomed-out from loss of air. At this price you are paying 2x less (at least) than those other brands, for something that actually passes muster. When this thing dies, I will definitely be buying another.
