Mor Himi –
I bought several of these for a family camping trip. Prior to the trip, I decided to try one of these out to see how well they worked. Well needless to say I only lasted a few hours before giving up. First the mat is very thin and not very wide. The mat doesn’t give enough cushion from the ground because its pretty much a swim floaty with a different cover. The mat isn’t wide enough for a comfortable sleep. If you turn over while sleeping you will roll off the mat, as I did several times during my test run. I was looking for small mat, easy to carry, but this was too small. The deciding factor was 1 of the 4 I purchased had a small hole in it. So after my few hours of test on carpet, inside, with nothing nearby to cause a hole, the mat leaked out all its air leaving me sleeping on the ground. I’ve camped using swim floaty mats before and this is pretty much the exact same thing. I would definitely look for something a little bigger and better quality. I returned for refund.

Quality of this product seems good, length is fine but since the pillow side is wider, I believe the advertised width is a bit misleading.
The major issue I have is that it’s hard to inflate and even harder to deflate.

I bought this because it seemed somewhat durable and had a 26 inch width according to the amazon listing. I received it today and the effective width is around 21 inches which is too narrow for me. It seems to be made of a fairly durable material which is nice. The inflation port was very disappointing to me. The internal “flap” that is used to keep air from rushing out after inflation seems to impede inflation and deflation and makes it tricky to get an inflation nozzle into it. The “cap” that’s used to seal it is the same type of crude design that was around 40 years ago and I doubt it will be effective over time.

i gave it five stars because i can pack it easy on my kz 750, its small light and gets the job done, this is my second one they do go flat after a while how ever i will gut the first one and slide the second one inside it using the first one as a protector from small sharp object like sand dirt grit ect, the second will last much longer than the first, this is not my first picnic, and it can be blown up by mouth easy dont have to buy anything to you inflate it, blow up in about one minute, what you do is take the metal piece off of the tent pole its round and about 2 1/2″ long 1/4″ diameter, force this piece down the inflation stem, with that in place insert a mcdonalds straw full length into metal insert and blow, if you do it once you will see how easy it is 😀 happy trails

The quality was beyond expectation.
You obviously need a good air pump with correct needle to inflate since this is not a beach ball that can be blown with mouth. I used Husky tire pump I bought from HomeDepot for $29 and that pump came with 3 connectors (needle for balls, plastic insert nozzle for mattresses and a flat connector)
Deflating is not that hard either. I completely deflated two mattresses in less than 4 minutes. You just have to keep squeezing the inlet while you sit on it, then fold it, and sit on it again until it completely folds flat.
About comfort, I had a queen size Intex air mattress about 7 years ago and I didn’t like it because of discomfort. But now I realize it was my mistake. Two reasons that I couldn’t sleep that time was because I over-inflated it and the mattress was being shared with someone which makes the the mattress bouncy like a jumper whenever someone turns or moves on it. But this bed is for 1 person and as long as you don’t inflate too full, it is very comfortable. I have a chronic back pain and I have no issues sleeping on this mattress.
I believe you can use this as a floating device too as long as you dry it well after use. The top is suede-like nylon fabric and bottom is denim/canvas-like fabric. The gauge of both fabrics feel quite thick and durable.
Don’t take the negative reviews for granted. I think this mattress is well worth over $30. I bought three and none of them has air leaks.
