The main reason I purchased this mattress is the advertised 75″ length. Upon inflation, I found that it is only 70″ long. This is a big deal when you are about 73″ tall!! I of course returned it, which was easy and convenient through Kohls. It is also considerably narrower than the stated 39″, although, since this was less important to me than the length, I neglected to not the exact width. Even the stated thickness only applied to the thickest spot at the back of the headrest. Also, the included pump was quite anemic. Getting a decent firmness required lung power to finish up, plus the adapter used to connect the pump to the mattress needed to be held during inflation because it would slip off otherwise. Besides the wildly inaccurate specifications, the mattress itself was of decent quality.

After buying a tent, I was looking for an air mattress to go with it. My friend recommended me this one. I have had it almost a month, I love this mattress very much! The material of this mattress is very sturdy that there is no air leakage from the mattress even I inflated it for a week. Its surface is super cozy that even without putting a linen on top, I still feel very enjoyable to sleep on it. There is a built-in pillow position on this mattress that I don’t need to bring an inflatable pillow with me when I go camping. Since I have a rechargeable air pump, it is very quick and easy for me to inflate the mattress. It is very worth to equip one mattress like this for camping!

This mattress did not make it one night with my 90 lb daughter. We gave it another chance last night and same result. We didn’t test it before leaving so we can’t return it. This product is like flushing money down the drain. Cheaply made, zero durability. We are still on the camping trip we bought it for. Threw it in thw dumpster at campsite.

I purchased this in September for my son’s birthday (10-28). He used it on 10-29 and there was a breach in the side seam that cannot be patched. Ironically, the return date expired on 10-28. What a disappointing gift to give to a newbie camper. Not only was I mortified, but feel bad that my son was out a much anticipated birthday gift. Save your money. This was an embarrassment and total waste of money. Really upset by the whole thing. The only thing that allowed me to save face was it wasn’t his only camping gift. Terribly experience and was totally unusable from the first inflation.

I was temporarily using the bed in the house by myself. I fond myself sleeping on the ground in the morning. I have no idea what happened. Paying extra bucks to get more reliable option is definitely smarter. I would not recommend…
Update: customer service is unreal. They immediately reached out to solve the problem by offering a replacement or a refund. I’m changing the bad star review since they do care about their customers.
